Sami Willingham, your communications as an event - TopicsExpress

Sami Willingham, your communications as an event manager/coordinator were a shock to me. Your inability to share where parking would occur at 5 am in the rain on a holiday in front of a hotel in Buckhead was not one that your client would find acceptable. Nor do I find that your client would expect that your event staff should pay for that parking as well given the extremely low pay scale. I found it quite unprofessional that when a concern was shared, your ability to become negative was so easily your choice. I will be acting as a volunteer tomorrow with no pay, but with parking that is secured and known. Your representation for your client, PNC Bank, was horrific. I hope your stay in the hotel is safe and compensated by your company. I would assume you would not arrive if you were not being reimbursed, but you are. BUT, you are okay with asking others to park, risk towing, pay for parking, etc, but perform with excellence for your client for $58 and wait 6 weeks for compensation. What is your company billing your client, PNC Bank, for holiday staff, in the rain, at ungodly hours on a holiday? I am sure the markup is enormous I hope that the strangers you have aligned for this project (and have asked not to have communications with anyone) are safe and secure. It is a sad state that event corporations have relegated themselves to the state they would treat staff so horrifically and be so disrespectful to them at the same time, and then ask them to represent a client in a positive scenario....please confirm to this email that we have agreed not to partner together in the morning- and I sincerely hope PNC has a successful event given the horrific recruiting measures your team enacts-
