San Antonio, TX- ACS FRAUD! PLEASE READ!! MAX NEEDS A HOME! On August 14, 2012 the City of San Antonio Animal Care Services cashed a check that was sent to them for the heartworm treatment of this dog that they (as per Jeanne Saadi--yes documented via email) committed to caring for and that would become the ACS MASCOT to show just how much they care about making SA a NO-KILL City. INSTEAD...they cashed the check that came from the community of people who cared for BROOKS DOGS AND LIED TO THE PUBLIC about his well being. For nearly 2 years, Max went unmarked and housed at Brooks because ACS supposedly cared about him. COMPLETE LIE! Just like the lie they told me in emails that he would be treated for his heartworms as they selfishly cashed the check as he went UNTREATED for two years in a hole that he was never seen! Instead the moment, Brooks closed ACS --headed up by Kathy Davis, decided...Yep...time for MAX to die since he was our lie. Incredible. THEY TOOK.... YES TOOK!!! the funds allocated for Maxs CARE and did NOTHING!!! NOTHING! Instead they tried to kill him. Thank goodness for rescues! Scurvy Dogs rescue stepped up to help him but they cant afford to cover his boarding and his treatment. Rescues are strapped and shouldnt have to cover ACS as they lie to the community!!! HERO NEEDED!! Email Kathy I would lie to Christ Davis and let her know that THIS is truly animal cruelty!!!!
