Sandy Recovery Mission Trip 2014 is off to a great start. Were at Seaville UMC south of Atlantic City. This photo was taken just after the Seaville UMC fed us a wonderful (WONDERFUL) meal of roast turkey, dressing, green bean casserole, carrot casserole (were bringing back this recipe), cranberry salad, mashed potatoes and gravy with pumpkin pie and upside down pineapple cake for dessert. Honest! So in the photo is Mike Wolfe, Brian Mott, Kim La Rue, Sandy Huber, Laurie Worcester, Nancy Grandstaff, Ed Rainaldi and Brian Huber. Some of us (Mike, Sandy, Laurie and Brian are back for a 2nd trip. Were all looking forward to tomorrow when we start working on another home that has been damaged by the Sandy storm. The snowy egret lives at the pond on the church grounds. We love it here.
