Sanjeeth challenged me with the #3bucketchallenge . The deal is to seggregate waste into dry, wet, and sanitary buckets and post proof of that. More details here: 3bucketchallenge/ We only use a single waste bucket at home though. For the little dry waste that gets generated by way of non-reusable packaging and such. We normally carry a shopping bag and avoid too much packaging, but some we cant avoid. We also sell off anything recycleable to the old newspaper shops. Sanitary stuff we wrap in covers and put it in the appropriate bin downstairs (although BMTC still doesnt seggregate that). Now, what do we do with the wet kitchen waste? We eat it. Huh? We compost it and feed it to our plants in the balcony.
