San Lorenzo, Sta. Elena, Camarines Norte VICTIM: People of the Philippines DATE/TIME: October 07, 2014 at about 06:30 PM PLACE: Purok 3, Brgy. San Lorenzo, Sta. Elena, Camarines Norte In the report submitted by of PCI MARTIN PACYO NGADAO JR, Officer In-Charge of Santa Elena MPS, to PSSUPT MOISES CUDAL PAGADUAN, Acting Provincial Director of Camarines Norte Police Provincial Office disclosed that suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued on September 15, 2014 by Hon. Judge JEAN ABASOLA NOBLE of Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Capalonga-Sta Elena, Sta Elena Camarines Norte. Suspect is charged for Violation of Sec. 89 of R.A. 8550 (Illegal Fishing) docketed under Criminal Case Nr 1823 with Php.4,000.00 bail recommended. Subject person is now under the custody of Santa Elena Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
