Sapphire Surge (Level 50 Electric/Electric Blaster) is the daughter of two British superheroes, Surge Protector and Lady Sapphire. She inherited her fathers electric powers and her mothers super speed. Sapphire was a student at Paragon University. I played Sapphire as very prim and proper, very straight-laced. However, I also used one of her costume slots for a school uniform outfit, modelled after the uniform of the St. Trinians School from the St. Trinians film series. This does appear inconsistent with my earlier discription of her being prim and proper. Perhaps she was hiding something...
