It can also have a more positive role indicating the end of someone who has been troublesome or out to get you. In this way, the Death card refers to the death of what has been the source of your conflict. With the problem out of the way, your future can bring a new beginning. The future represented by the Temperance card is most likely about the future restoration of what has fallen apart or declined in the present. This appears to refer to the return of order and control to where there was none. Future temperance can easily imply chaos in your present. Something may need to be restored in your life and the card shows that the means will come when it is needed, but is not here yet.
