Sat May 17th @ 10:30 Eastern (fast) time the Kentucky National Guard will be having a memorial ceremony for Sgt Ryan Jay Montgomery at the Montgomery cemetery in Green Co. A few of us will be meeting at Long Rider Leather in London at 715 am, KSU by 730 to go to Greensburg for the service. We will be in place by 10am as the Honor Guard starts the service early frequently. If anyone wants to go with us let me know. We will stop for fuel and a stretch in Columbia. I was blessed while I was in Green County to work with some of the best Kids on the planet in our 4-H program. They worked really hard to help others and better their community. There are so many professions that our crew went into. These 3 Chose the military and went to war to protect their family and friends. Sadly this family paid the High cost of freedom that is paid by the few for the rest of us. RIP Sgt Ryan J Montgomery.
