Sat., Nov. 1: Squat Squad: 50 squats And so we begin! I will post schedule tomorrow. Today I wanted to post a video of the proper way to perform a squat. (For veterans or CrossFitters, amplify the exercise by taking your bum down to your ankles.) Be sure to press through your heels so your chest stays up. Imagine you have Hot Babe (hehe) on your shirt. Whether you are new or veteran, keep your shoulders back to make sure that as you squat everyone can read the message on your chest!
