Sata Unfit to Continue as President, says Chipimo The National Restoration Party President Elias Chipimo says it is very clear that President Michael Sata is not in a position to lead the country. Chipimo said it was clear from the information vacuum on President Sata’s state of health that something was seriously wrong. “The fact is that we cannot have a situation where for nearly one month nobody in the public arena has a clear picture of 1) the state of health of the President, 2) exactly what the situation is,” he said. “It is very clear that something is seriously wrong and one can only conclude and conclude rightly that our President is not in any position which would constitute a person in a state of health of one who can lead this country.” President Sata has been caged away from the public for 25 days now fueling public speculation on his true state of health.
