Satan can be very creative sometimes. Satan and demon powers did - TopicsExpress

Satan can be very creative sometimes. Satan and demon powers did not want me to garner all that God had for me at GSI (a three-week school of supernatural ministry) from which I just retuned. One the way up to Pennsylvania on the Saturday before – specifically the flight from Houston to Washington, DC – Satan and demon powers arranged for my aircraft to be “lost.” That is the exact word the United Airlines agent used. It seems that the aircraft that we were to fly out on needed some repairs at the gate. When those repairs began to take too long, it was to be towed to another gate: same concourse, same wing. We simply walked from one side of the wing of the concourse to the other. While it was being towed around the end of the wing of that concourse, the aircraft was “lost.” By the time they found another aircraft, a number of hours had passed and I wound up spending the night in a nice hotel. I still made it to Mechanicsburg Sunday afternoon in plenty of time for orientation. Yesterday, on the way back, there was a problem with the flight from Washington, DC to Houston, ironically enough. Boarding went smoothly enough for a 767, but we sat at the gate, and we sat, and we sat. Finally the pilot announced that there was a problem with the luggage. It seems that the luggage that was to have been loaded on our aircraft was loaded on a flight at another concourse, and the luggage for that flight was loaded onto ours. They had to unload the luggage from the other aircraft (OUR luggage) and transport it to the tarmac beside our aircraft, where OUR luggage sat out in the OPEN. Thank you Jesus that it was not raining! The luggage originally loaded on our aircraft was taken to the correct aircraft and loaded. The baggage handlers then came back to our aircraft and loaded our luggage. (Yes, my bag made it okay!) The upshot was that I got into Lake Charles, LA and then home to Orange, TX very, very late. I had turned the AC off in the apartment for the five weeks I was to be gone, and the mess at Dulles meant that I did not arrive in time to have it cool before bedtime. When I walked in the apartment about midnight it was 92 degrees INSIDE. The AC finally cooled it down to 78 about 6 or 7 this morning. Needless to say, I did not sleep well last night. I think that Satan and demon powers overplayed their hand: “loosing” an aircraft and arranging for hundred of bags to be loaded on the wrong aircraft – give me a break! In all my years of flying I have never heard of an aircraft getting lost while being towed, and if an entire planeload of luggage has been loaded onto the wrong plane – in the US – before, I have never heard of it.
