Satan seeks to ensnare us by subtlety little by little. if we allow Him . So deftly does the fowler do his work, that one may soon be surrounded by the net.The net contains our weakness something we may desire, world treasures . Satan will make us feel we must have these things to be content. He will give them to us and make us think they are a gift from God himself. All the while He is scheming to ensnare us even more.The net of temptations, the snares of malicious cunning,Who is our help ?Who can cut us free from this net? Only God! to know that He is our strength and only He has the power to put us back on the right road to set us free from the wrong choices we make. Our falling for Satans lies, or pretty pictures that He paints. Our own strength is of little service when embarrassed we are caught in the nets of base cunning, but the Lord’s strength is ever available; When by faith we call upon Jesus, When we lay self down we shall shall find Him near at hand.When we come to the place of depending upon Him alone the strength of our mighty God .To know that He is able. (For You are my rock and my fortress; Therefore, for Your name’s sake, Lead me and guide me. Pull me out of the net which they have secretly laid for me, For You are my strength. Into Your hand I commit my spirit; You have redeemed me, O Lord God of truth. (Ps 31:3-5).
