Saturday..... Big stuffed sandwich in front of the tv watching a movie with the family....couple loaves of italian bread... ( i am a calandras fan) in a huge frying pan fry up ground italian sausage adding a little garlic and red pepper seeds to spice it up a bit.... When finished remove and pit in the side.. Now in a large bowl mix 1 dozen eggs- boiled and diced potatoes. - peppers - onions and mushrooms shredded cheese of choice- and ground black pepper pour into hot frying pan that you have sprayed with non stick buttered flavored cooking spray...cook all together like your making scrambled eggs when finished - toss back in italian sausage cook together a few minutes .... Then slice open Italian bread and stuff full of egg sausage mixture - top with sliced tomato and tender baby greens... Enjoy this sandwich... Suggestion... Dont eat for about 6 hours before....!
