Tunnelma on tosi Liikkis , vaikka kyse on todellisesta Superbändistä. Hyde Parkissa järjestetty konsertti oli tämmöinen rauhallinen ja siisti lauantainen Picknick-konsertti ... Lauantai oli työviikon viimeinen ja konserttiin tultiin duunin jälkeen. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 4. ich bin in der zeit aufgewachsen,war ein blumenkind,war 17 jahre alt.diese musik kann man nur richtig nachvollziehen,wenn man in dieser zeit gelebt hat.jedenfalls hat blind faith,taste,jimi hendrix,usw:unser ganzes leben zum positiven gewendet.ich wünschte mir,das das in der heutigen zeit noch mal passiert,für die jungen leute. aber,so etwas wird es nie wieder geben.schade,schade,schade! Eric Clapton was about 24 when this concert was held, and he does look pretty stoned. I read his autobiography. The reason he gives for Blind Faith not lasting very long was that he was in love with American music, Delaney and Bonnie Bramlett, in particular, with whom he soon thereafter played on tour in the UK. He and Ginger Baker also didnt tend to mesh all that well, long run. How cool. Normally when I view the comment section of a video its a bunch of people fighting and being ridiculously rude to each other. Great to see people who lived during this time discussing and expressing feelings of the era (for the most part anyway). Very inspiring. It was a free event,I think i saw 6 policemen total.Guys just in front of me were handing round a giant spliff, the cops must have seen. I remember thinking this is good but not as good as seeing hendrix, Green, Clapton, Howlinwolf, BookerT in clubs so small i could touch the drummers arm. How lucky we were?
