Saturday Movie Matinee: Twin Peaks - Pilot (Full Film) I am excited that we’re all going back to Twin Peaks, and the fact that it’s for nine hour-long episodes, and that it’s on premium cable, where there’s more freedom, and that all nine episodes will be directed by Lynch (who seemed previous to the announcement to be settling into retirement.) So I thought this would be a good time to look back on the first episode ever of Twin Peaks, the 90-minute pilot.
