Saturday November 9th Pastor David Okoye says: SPEAK POSITIVELY Even those men that did bring up the evil report upon the land, died by the plague before the LORD”. -Numbers 14:37 The previous verses of our key verse, tells us about the story of the children of Israel on their way to the promise land and how they are to face the Canaanites and possess the land. Moses had to send spies to the land of Canaan to spy the land before they go over to possess it. When the spies came back from spying the land, a higher percentage of them came back with evil report which soiled the hearts of the congregation of Israel, and they murmured against God. The bible made us to understand that God killed all of them with a plague. No matter the promises of God over your life, only your evil report can hinder you from getting those promises come to pass in your life. Irrespective of the seemingly prevailing negative circumstance, determine to maintain a positive confession, in accordance to Gods Word and in line with what you want, Never you give an evil report over your future. Learn to speak what you want by Gods word and not what you see.
