Saturday in Greenville - Tar River Study Open House 10 a.m. - 1 p.m., with the St. Patricks Day Parade at 4. Live music at 3 p.m. and Ulster Project beer tasting at The Scullery at 6 p.m. Ill be in the parade wearing green! Tar River Legacy Plan Open House 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Saturday Willis Building, First Street at Reade Circle Come celebrate the Tar River through history, ideas, visions and food. A short presentation about the project is scheduled for 11 a.m. Walking tours of the Tar River Greenway are set for 10 and 11:45 a.m. Learn more about the project and share your ideas. For more information visit the river study website tarriverlegacyplan/ Greenville St. Patrick’s Day Celebration Starts at 3 p.m. Saturday, 4 p.m. parade Eighth and Evans Street Live music is 3 – 6 p.m. at Five Points Plaza on Fifth Street, with grog garden and food. All ages welcome. The Ancient Order of Hibernians presents the second annual Greenville St. Patrick’s Day Parade at 4 p.m. The parade will travel along Evans Street in Uptown Greenville, starting at Eighth Street and concluding at Third Street and will be announced from the stage at Five Points Plaza. Head to the Scullery at 6 p.m. for the Ulster Project Beer Tasting. City Council meets at 6 p.m. Monday, 7 p.m. Thursday, and Planning and Zoning meets at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
