Saturday morning mancave report, first of all Id like to thank everyone for all the prayers and condolences, it really means a lot and is deeply appreciated. Pretty brisk chill in the air this morning around the cave, good sleeping weather. The new fireplace is nice but had to turn it off before I went to sleep or I wake Yuri p sweating. Not exactly sure whats up with the security team , Gus and Ike have started sleeping in the roundbale of hay or really just whats left of it , that I feed Shorty the stud horse (named for his height, not my grandma) even though there are two dig houses on the porch?? Im nit sure if Gus is barking at Shorty wanting hay out of his bed or if there is actually a coyote sneaking around, however it is good to see him feeling better. Sweetie Pie also doesnt use the doghouses but prefers to retire to the space under the horsetrailer? Still think she looks and acts like the cartoon dog in the Tri Lakes motors commercials. Dakota did bring home some catfood, Butch is much happier and Arkansas Dave has quit chasing cars (although I think he still raises a leg on my truck tire) , they werent to bad off I did give them some tuna while waiting on the catfood. Mom and Sam are doing and Poncho to, he did get a bath thursday afternoon and is smelling better, unfortunately Sweetie Pie is still unimpressed. Looks like a good day not to have any plans whatsoever, think ill take advantage of it. Stay warm
