Saturday night, a last minute call and strangest encounter with the police behind me, I had the chance to laugh with Daniel Johnson, Frankie Sparks, and Randy of The Orange Walls. The music was outstanding. They will be the first featured band on WYYZs Dantes Old South Radio Show taking the airwaves in two weeks. That same evening I struck deep friendships with Chris Cronk and Brother Kenneth Farmer. Matt Youngblood sees the miracle as well for radio potential and was present the first time we sat down for a studio recording/rib fest. Be sure to see The Orange Walls this Thursday as they play to give a wine tasting true grit and mellow subtext. PACA is a team, championed by Crystal Merrell, of artists who love to see honest art succeed. If its local talent, its a win/win. Get out and live before Friday.
