Saturday night was like old times. Started out quick, ran steady, then about six thirty a party of 35 people walked in. About another ten minutes a party of 40 showed up as well. Slowed the kitchen down for a few minutes, but they were all ready since they had just fixed am order for $250 on one order prior as well as seven deliveries. it ran steady from there until about ten forty five. all the staff did an awesome job tonight. I am truly blessed to have so much talent working for me.
