Saturday round-up of stuff and things .. Play dates: I think we have entertained two in two years. What I can glean from these two events is that most childrens manners these days are appalling. When I asked the boys if they wanted a drink or something to eat (after making pancakes that were not eaten) was a No thank you from our child (whos attitude was becoming more and more feral as the moments ticked by) and a nuh from the visitor. And so it continued until I ran silently screaming from the house, seeking refuge at Roselands Centro, the closest Myer store to us bar the City because I bar the CBD every chance I get. A 15 minute whirlwind trip to Bunnings because ... Bunnings
