Satya 2 Review 3/10 Heres the list of awards Im sure satya 2 is not just going to be nominated for, but will smoothly win: 1. WORST SCRIPT a young guy is hailed as genius by big mafia dons and industrialists alike. why? coz he plans that killing your rivals is a great way to win wars! hes also said to be a master of stealth. why? coz he hires sharp shooters to get people killed! and later, hold your breath, he hires a house-help to poison his employer! he keeps his present identity secret. how? by not letting anyone enquire about his past! and by traveling in rickshaw, in spite of living in a palatial house! he builds a thousand crores company overnight. how? by making his company a nayi soch (new way of thinking)! no one (including the script writer, director and the audience) knows how it makes money! 2. WORST DIALOGUES by the time you come out of the movie, youve developed a lifelong paranoia for the words company, structure and ek nayi soch coz theyre repeated a million times through the movie. a million times each! no two sentences spoken together in the movie are related to one another. theres a rumor that a kid on the sets kept playing jumble up with the screenplay pages every time, before they were being handed over to the performing artists. 3. WORST BACKGROUND SCORE its so loud, so jarring and so persistent that you wish you had big boss voice recordings of rakhi sawant and veena malik embedded in your ears. 4. WORST LEAD ACTOR (FEMALE) she was given two instructions. one, youre shooting for balika vadhu. two, the level of your acting is directly proportional to the size of your pout. her performance indicates shes a great learner and a perfectionist. 5. WORST LEAD ACTOR (MALE) sources tell us that ram charan, who has been in severe depression since the release of his zanjeer remake, has been advised a special screening of satya 2 by his psychiatrist. negotiations are on for whatd be the split between the psychiatrist and RGV of the money for the treatment. 6. WORST MOVIE (DRAMA) with so much going for it, its tough to imagine a potential competitor. satya 2 is almost certain to be the only nominee! 7. BEST FOREIGN FILM (COMEDY) if we unite as a country, keep the truth a national secret and send satya 2 as our entry to oscars for the best foreign comedy, I think, thisd be our best chance since satyajit rays pather panchali! but will mamta banerjee let this happen? thats the question the nation is asking today.
