Sausage stew.. Ingredients: 1pkt McCormick garlic and herb lamb shanks recipe base 10 beef sausages 2x 400g cans diced tomato 1 onion diced 3 carrots sliced thick 4 potatoes quatered 6 mushrooms quartered 3 celery sticks cut in big peices 6 brussel sprouts halved 1/2 large (or a whole medium) zucchini sliced thick and quartered *any other vegetables would work too, I just threw in what I had* I cooked on high for 2 hrs then on low for 4 hrs. #album please :)
