Tickets are just $40 in advance for general admission (beer sampling included in the price!) and $20 in advance for designated driver (the price goes up to $50 for general admission and $25 for designated driver at the gate) ALL tickets include food & a pint glass too! humaneleague/pints Beer lovers and dog lovers from all over the Lancaster area will gather Saturday, October 25, 2014 to celebrate their passion for canines and their love of imbibing – all for a great cause! The Humane League of Lancaster County’s first ever Pints for Pups event will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. at Buchanan Park in Lancaster. The event consists of dozens of beers in which to sample, a full buffet, a raffle, dog-friendly snacks, a costume contest, music from the band Mama Tried and much more! The event is open to everyone 21 years of age and over as well as well-behaved and leashed canine companions. All proceeds go directly to aid the Humane League of Lancaster County in its mission to ensure that every companion animal lives in a safe, loving and secure home. “We’re really excited about this event and it should be a great time for a great cause,” stated Karel Minor, President and CEO of the Humane League of Lancaster County. “Whether people are coming out for the beer, to get a cool pint glass or because it’s something fun to do with their dog, it doesn’t matter as every attendee helps support our overall organization’s mission and that’s what is important,” added Minor. More than 250 people are expected to attend the Humane League of Lancaster County’s inaugural Pints for Pups event.
