Save energy on this cold winter day: Before you start your ironing, sort your washing according to the type of material, for example, jeans aside, shirts together and so on and so forth. Set your electric iron according to the heat required by the type of clothing to be ironed. Start with the clothes that require less heat, start ironing immediately and increase the temperature as you proceed to iron clothes like jeans. Do not iron and cook simultaneously because you may waste electricity while you attend the other process.
