Saw Dr. today. Seems everything is healing ok but Ive been pushing too hard. I started using one crutch because I truly believed thats what he told me I could do. He gave me the evil doctor eye. Turns out it was a misunderstanding. Both crutches always. and for at least the next month and possibly two more. Does he not realize what a massively huge pain in the ass crutches are? Short version of prognosis is Ill begin therapy tomorrow and well see how it goes. If we have to go to cadaver replacement, ill be on crutches, no weight at all, 6 months. But he also says there are supposed to be new biologics coming out in January that seem promising. Waiting is.
