Saw SAVING MR. BANKS and I dont remember the last time I felt so good at the movies! If you are passionate about movies or love Walt Disney or Mary Poppins, you must just not miss this one! Cant fathom why no one is talking about this film or why it hasnt bagged any major oscar nominations, especially when films like Wolf of Wall Street are nominated for best film! Emma Thompson is so good as Mrs.PL Travers (creator of Mary Poppins), that its almost unfair to not nominate her! Even Tom Hanks & Paul Giamatti could have been considered for a nomination for their stand out performances! So to me, this is the most under-rated film of the year! Pl go watch this film with your whole family & I assure you (irrespective of how bad your taste in movies is) that youll not regret your decision!
