Saw a bundle of thousand peso bills on a sidewalk while I was out with my daughters for a mid-week merienda treat. It was mid-day, along a row of establishments (restos and a bank), and people around were busy. Seriously thought about keeping it nalang, especially after quickly counting how much it was. Sakto I prayed pa naman after tithing last Sunday for a financial breakthrough. Held it for a while, then ended up giving it to a security guard. To say na nakakapanghina = understatement. ;p While were ok naman financially, I wanted kasi sana extra for my upcoming birthday. Plus the fact na it was a really substantial amount. And sakto nga cos Ive specifically been praying for extra cash after tithing. Told hubby about it, who also pointed out: What will that teach our children if you kept that money. Exactly, especially cos Bea (and I guess little Alli rin) were watching the whole time. Its easy to misinterpret certain things as answers to your prayers. But if may mahahassle ka rin naman kasi somewhere along the way, or deep inside you know naman na something is wrong, then dehin na. ;)
