Saw a comment in a thread about yard rent. And I am wandering what others are paying. I will usually give a finders fee of $100 to anyone who lines me up a Landowner willing to give a yard and then I will give $100 a year sometimes more or less for each spot I can use as I want ie a fence, road, leveling and 120 hives to a yard. And for those sideline and commercial guys that rent farm land to till and plant bee pasture what is the going fee, I am offered a prime location 80 tillable acre farm in 2 years for $4000 a year works out to $50 an acre per month. I am thinking this is a fair price.
