Saw an altercation last night where two groups were getting into an argument at Maccas (Melbourne CBD) and things were escalating pretty quickly. In the meantime, a young man (although neanderthal seems a better term) was yelling abuse at a taxi for not letting him J-walk in peace (he walked across a busy street without looking and got angry at the drivers for honking) and then decided to get involved in the fight by punching someone in the head. You know, because hitting strangers for no reason was totally his thing. Then the cops got involved and he ran away while the cops focused on everyone else. I managed to get their attention and tell them that he was the actual f^&*wit responsible for things getting violent, but he had already run off by then. Anyway, I just wanted to publicly state that this guy is a dickhead. Hopefully the next time he crosses the road like that the cars choose not to slow down. Otherwise, arent we encouraging his behaviour?
