Say hello to our boring bunnies! Here are a few of our black, white or predominantly black or white rabbits who are always overlooked for prettier coloured or lop-eared rabbits. They are all feeling very unwanted. Here at Assisi we love all our bunnies the same! We love their personalities, regardless of what colour they are! Pink eyes are beautiful, as are blue and brown- we dont care! Kiera is a perfect example. She arrived on the 15th August 2008 with her mum, brothers and sisters. They were all either white, caramel or black otter rexes. Of course the caramels went first, shortly followed by the black otters leaving Kiera, her twin Orla and their two younger sisters Polo and Thumper behind. Kiera remains at the Sanctuary to this day. When choosing a bunny companion try not to be swayed by colour. It is always the first thing we notice, but think about their personalities too. You might find the perfect bunny hiding in a boring bunny suit. Three cheers for our beautiful, boring bunnies!
