Saying goodbye to Mr. Rebel... April 5, 2000 - August 1, 2014. Rebel lived to the ripe old boxer age of 14 years 4 months. He was the first boxer I rescued myself, and inspired the work Ive done first rescuing boxers through Boxertown, and now helping all animals through Rescue Me! We just hit 200,000 adoptions on Rescue Me! last week, and I dont think I would have ever built that site had I not been inspired by my first rescue — Mr. Rebel — AKA Rabblerouser the Rebellious Bowser Schnugbug.
