Scammers I tell you! I got a call from a lady that was looking for a house to rent she found my ad on Craigslist....I told her he house had just been rented...she called me back and told me she saw a posting with the same house being offered by Eric Hughes and he lives in California and wanted her to email him her all her info and she could wire the deposit....oh really now? Dont fall for the banana in the tailpipe people.....be careful when renting a house...check county records....ask for verification ownership...I have my deed in hand to prove mine and I dont mind showing it to you!
