Scammers are targeting small businesses with a promise of advertising. If someone calls you with an offer, they should give you some time to think it over and not demand that you pay money now or miss out. Always ask for contact details. Never give out your bank details until you are 100% sure they are legitimate. Google is your friend! Check out the current scams going on local to you. And report any fraudulent calls to the police and Action Fraud.
