Scary when you are a nurse & you are experiencing severe bronchospasms, esophagus-glottis-epiglottis can narrow and just completely close & you know whats next. In that worse moment I prayed to God to not let me go, not that night not that day, that Mirna JCosta & I are staying with our best families & friends. I am ready anytime but I told Him not last night and I know He was, is and will be there listening and acting upon anything. Unforgettable moment with lessons learned, compromises, love, true friendships, and faith. It just hits me each time. God has a plan in our lives and I will let Him stick to it. Very soon, the most important lesson I have learned that I always encouraged my patients to have, that I need to do ASAP: my own legally signed Advance Directives then my family will be okay. I repose. Learn from me. Soooo happy to see my James and boys when I got home and telling them many times how much I love them.
