Scheduled power interruption in Cagayan, Kalinga, Apayao and parts of Isabela NGCP serves notice of the scheduled shutdown of the following transmission facilities: Date: 09 October 2014 Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Affected Distribution Utility: * Entire Cagayan I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CAGELCO I), Cagayan II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CAGELCO II), Kalinga Electric Cooperative, Inc. (KAELCO), and Isabela II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ISELCO II) - Cabagan Substation Affected areas: entire Cagayan, Kalinga, Apayao and northern Isabela (Sto. Tomas, Delfin Albano, Tumauini, Cabagan, San Pablo & Sta. Maria) Reason: To relocate a bypass line inside NGCP’s Tuguegarao Substation, as part of the substation expansion project Normal operations will immediately resume after work completion. NGCP customers and the general public are advised to take the necessary preparations and precautions for this scheduled interruption. *Specific cities and municipalities that may be affected by the power interruption are determined by the abovementioned Distribution Utility (DU), unless the activity will have an effect on the entire franchise area. The DU allocates the available power within its franchise area and implements the power interruption schedule among the end-users.
