Schnell Norville.....another day, same shit. North Street & Bank Alley, east of where Paradise Fitness used to be. This happens daily and there is no doubt that it is one of the residents either on North Street, Bank Alley or Bishopgate Street who is responsible. If I was Lionel Michael, I would have found out by now, who is responsible. This is Antigua for Gods sake. Everybody know everbody business. How hard is it for CBH to find out who are the Litterbugs in this immediate area? This man Lionel Michael has to go!!! Why, because he is doing NOTHING to (1) find out who the litterbugs are and (2) to follow up on all the information given to him by residents/citizens. PS: Madam Petra, my friend, talk to him in a serious way nuh.
