Scholarship Award Announcement After careful consideration of the numerous scholarship applications, the American University of Phnom Penh is pleased to announce the award of Five Four Year Full Tuition Scholarships to the students listed below. The competition was robust. This scholarship was established to recognize outstanding full-time students who have achieved positive academic records and who have demonstrated financial need. The Scholarship Committee has carefully evaluated all of the scholarship applications which have been submitted in conjunction with the following criteria: the student’s academic application, scholarship application, transcript, personal essay, recommendation letter, Cambodian National High School Examination results, College Board Accuplacer testing scores and the results of a personal interview along with the student’s family financial situation 1. Mr. Taing Bun Hong : 6th place on the Cambodian National High School Examination and 2nd in the 2013 National Mathematics Competition 2. Mr. Ong Limeng : 19th place on the Cambodian National High School Examination 3. Mr. Chan Yuttarach : 14th place on the Cambodian National High School Examination 4. Miss Chem Chivornmoniroath : 30th place on the Cambodian National High School Examination 5. Mr. Yang Mong Oudom : 4th place on the Cambodian National High School Examination and 9th in the 2013 National Physics Competition in Phnom Penh
