Schon krass, was man sich alles gefallen lassen muß. Auto bei der Reparatur gehabt, um Folgendes richten zu lassen: • Alle Stoßdämpfer wechseln lassen • Bremsscheiben hinten nebst Belägen neu • Gasdruckdämpfer der Heckklappe erneuern • Antriebswellen vorne wechseln Das habe ich dann als Ergebnis gehabt: • Falsche (zu dicke Enden) Antriebswellen eingebaut, danach ABS Sensoren Anschlußstecker abgeschliffen, ABS geht nimmer und der Tempomat macht was er will • Radlager durch axialen Druck beschädigt. • Oelwannenschutzblech 180° verkehrtrum eingebaut, dabei einfach eine Schraube weggelassen, weil sie nicht mehr reinpaßte • Im Angebot standen Gabriel Stoßdämpfer, verbaut haben sie no-name Ware. • An der rechten Radnabe fehlte der Sicherheitssplint der Zentralradmutter, links war ein abgeschnittenes Stück Blech ins Splintloch gesteckt worden. It’s crazy what one has to bear with. Had the car at the workshop to have fixed the following: • renew all shocks • Brake disks and pads new at the rear wheels • Renew gas shock for the hatch door • Renew CV-joints front This is what I got: • Wrong (wheel side ends to thick) fitted CV-joints, resulting in grinding the ABS sensor plug housings, ABS dysfunctional and speed control acting at random • Wheel bearings affected by exceeding axial pressure • Oils sump guard mounted 180° around, the screw that did not fit simply left out • The quote says Gabriel shocks, but no-names have been fitted • On the right front wheel, the wheel nut safety pin for securing against loosing the central nut was missing. On the left wheel the splint had been replaced with a cut off piece of sheet metal. If needed, names will be revealed later. At least I have photo proofs of all this, its actually scary.
