School Closing - Clarification for Staff Gary Community Schools will be closed for students and staff on Monday, January 27, 2014 due to extremely low temperatures. Staff includes teachers, support and administrative (both building and district levels). However, all maintenance and custodial staff are required to report. Principals should also monitor their buildings. We will update you on Tuesday’s status as soon as that decision is made. Thank you.
