School Mum Estelle has asked: My 8 years old cannot be quiet! Never has! He talks to himself, makes sound effects, sings etc. It does not harm, except that after a few years, it can get pretty irritating when you need a little bit of peace and quiet, but also what concerns me, is that he does not know how to get in that personal quiet space that everybody needs to learn to get to. I have tried setting challenges (fun ones), talking to him and so on, but my big boy is not getting there! Any friendly advice? Thank you!
