Haley Berger led the offense with four aces and sixteen assists. Katie Simmons added 7 kills and Chloe Eck picked up six. Mallory Vernon, Katie Simmons, and Lexie Kertai led the defense in digs. The junioR varsity volleyball team lost a hard fought match to Elkhart Christian 0-2. Taesha Senders & Mya Thorton lead the offense with one ace each. The junior high football team is also looking for a team manager. If you are interested in being a part of Student Council this year, applications are due on Friday, August 22nd. The LaVille varsity volleyball team during the month of October will do special events at our matches to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness. Currently, we are selling tshirts that will be available to wear during the month of October to help raise awareness. All profit from the tshirt & special events at games will be donated to the St Joe Breast Care Center. Sales will begin now and conclude on Sept 12. If you would like to order a tshirt, please let me know. Cost is $15 DONT FORGET IF YOU KNOW OF A STUDENT OR TEACHER THAT DESERVES A SHINING MOMENT.
