School is in full swing now. All the youth are again gathered together in a crowded and often tense community for learning to grow mentally and socially. I know that the ones who will enjoy and survive it the most are those who are prepared for anything negative mentally, physically and spiritually. WHY I teach self-defense is to train, support and encourage those students and parents who have the foresight to know what 'reality' is and who have invested the time to be certain their family members can walk proud, unafraid and happy in all situations anywhere they have to be. We lose only what we are unprepared and unable to protect and hold on to. I have room for more students who want to learn.
