Sculpt your arms and shoulders with this quick arm workout! Remember to keep your core tight throughout and focus on proper breathing. In the second exercise, you need to slightly tilt your head back to make way for the bar, so just be careful not to hit your nose the bar should be going straight up. You should not be swaying your back in any of these exercises, if so that means the weight is too heavy. Repeat 4 x 8 (This video is slightly fast forwarded so I can fit each exercise into the 15 second timeframe, but it is very important to take your time with these and not go too fast. Proper form is much more important than speed).
