Seamless Beauty (adapted from A Womans Walk) Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Dont be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. He will see to it that all the work related to the Temple of the Lord is finished correctly 1 Chronicles 28v20 When God is in our works, there is fluidity, seamlessness and beauty. There is power and polish and grace. There is purpose. If we walk closely with the Holy Spirit, He will enable it to be so through us. And like a program director, He will have a new process for us that may not fit into our box of prior training and production. When God assigns us to a new work, its different to the previous one completed for Him, and it parallels His current, ongoing assignments for us. He adds to our repertoire of understanding, always calling us higher in Him along our journeys as we step out in Faith and obey. He builds us. He awakens us to trust Him and depend upon Him in ways we havent seen before. In doing so, He co-labours with us to create a fresh work while maturing us spiritually. God always has more. Consider these points of true strength from 1 Chronicles 28 when working unto the Lord to co-create seamless beauty. The Lord has chosen you (vs 6, 10) Learn to know the God of your ancestors intimately. (vs 9) Worship and serve Him with your whole heart and a willing mind (vs 9) Obedience is paramount and pivotal (vs 7,8) God will give you unique plans and specific instructions (vs 11-19) Seek Him and you will find Him when questions and concerns arise (vs 9) He will provide you with all you need (vs 21) Be strong and do the work (vs 10, 20) Take it seriously (vs 10) Prayer. Father, Thank You for the work You have assigned to me. I treasure intimacy with You. I choose to step out in Faith to do the work at hand and complete it seamlessly. Thank You that You are with me and for enabling me to do so. In Jesus Name, Amen
