Sean Penn aligns himself with his friends, lamothe and Martelly to write a piece in the WSJ on how Haiti is doing so much better today. Doing better for whom? 77% of Haitis residents live in extreme poverty while the powers that be concern themselves with building resorts, entertaining the posh elite. Hypocrisy, cronyism, certainly Sean Penn nonsense. Haitian people are mired in their abysmal circumstance. They dont have the choice to travel amidst Hollywood A listers and spin tales of imperialist salvation.
