The Career Services Program Manager has primary responsibility for the ongoing development and implementation of employment services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at Search, Inc. In the first year of this new position, the Career Services Program Manager will have responsibility for the launch of a new initiative designed to increase competitive job placements, both at Search’s own Planet Access Company Warehouse and in the community.
