Sears Home Services. OK, so the tech is at our home 24 days later but on time at least. The door gaskets Sears sent us ahead of time (for a secondary repair) were the wrong ones the man says. He is actually from A&E Service. The internet is full of horrible reviews for these guys so, thanks Sears, well see. consumeraffairs/homeowners/ae-factory-service.html Most complaints dont seem to be about the repair itself but the service level surrounding it. So Sears does sub out repair work out even though they try and make it sound like they have their own service crew. I dont blame them for that but why use a company that is poorly rated? And if they are going to sub the work out Im pretty sure there is some company in this town that could have had someone here in under 24 days. Now to see what kind of wait we will have to get all the right parts. Take home message: AVOID SEARS when it comes to appliances! I think they should shut down Sears as we know it and just open Craftsman Tool Stores.
