Season ended tonight for former Bearcat/Husky Erik Forgione and his minor league Jamestown Jammers. No hits, but ends the season of rotating in as a starter, about every other game (at shortstop then mainly 2nd base). Struggled early in the season at the plate, but definitely was improving as the season came to a close, ending at .228, with 5 stolen bases. (His batting average was 20 points better than the average of the next regular player at that position). A good first step into the professional baseball ranks for Erik!
