Sales Associates also must support high standards of organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation throughout the store, have the ability to take on additional responsibilities as assigned, and maintain the companys fashion image by adhering to the Employee Appearance Guidelines. Individuals who have been most successful in this role have had previous retail experience, excellent selling skills, and the ability to receive feedback.
